About the role
- You’ll be responsible for all candidate inflow and the end-to-end recruiting funnel - we want this experience to run like clockwork
- You’ll leverage our network to unlock access to Europe’s greatest talent.
- You'll build and maintain relationships with future leadership talent
- You'll partner closely with our founders on onboarding, candidate experience, and the foundations of how we hire and grow teams at Duna.
Requirements
- 5-9 years of experience (but more/less also welcome)
- Execution rigour (as opposed to "management")
- Relationship building and networking
