About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute an integrated marketing growth strategy across priority markets and customer segments for D&B’s Finance & Credit and Risk Operating Units
- Bring market, customer, competitive, and performance insights to influence product, commercial, and growth strategies
- Own Marketing's contribution to pipeline generation and revenue growth
- Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies to increase demand, customer engagement, and market penetration
- Align marketing investments with business priorities and measurable commercial outcomes
- Partner with Corporate Communications and Brand, Content, and Event teams to strengthen executive visibility, thought leadership, industry influence, and brand reputation
- Define and evolve positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy with Operating Unit General Managers and Product leaders
- Translate product innovation, customer value, and competitive differentiation into compelling narratives
- Drive alignment across product marketing, demand generation, communications, events, sales, and partnership activities
- Advise business leaders using customer, market, competitive, and performance insights
- Partner with sales leadership to strengthen go-to-market execution, improve conversion, and accelerate growth
- Equip commercial teams with messaging, content, proof points, and sales tools throughout the customer lifecycle
- Champion AI and agentic capabilities across marketing to improve productivity, personalization, execution, and competitive advantage
- Apply AI across research, content creation, campaign development, analytics, and workflow optimization
- Manage marketing investments and resource allocation to maximize return on investment
- Lead planning, measurement, reporting, and optimization across marketing initiatives
- Represent Marketing in executive planning and business reviews
- Serve on the Marketing, Brand & Communications leadership team
- Lead a multi-disciplinary marketing organization across product marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy
- Lead and coach a high-performing team and establish priorities, performance expectations, and ownership
- Maintain alignment with Marketing, Brand & Communications, sales, product, and executive leadership teams
- Deliver increased market awareness, stronger positioning, marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue growth, improved commercial effectiveness, AI adoption, and measurable marketing ROI
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree Required
- 20+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including significant executive leadership responsibility leading global marketing teams and strategies
- Demonstrated success leading global marketing organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and market expansion
- Proven success driving growth, pipeline, customer engagement, and market impact in complex enterprise environments
- Experience building and leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into measurable commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in product marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data and AI to improve marketing effectiveness and business performance
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to travel for the interest of business
