Key responsibilities & impact- Support the recruitment team with day-to‑day hiring activities
- Play an important part in creating a positive candidate experience
- Help connect candidates with roles that suit their skills and career interests
- Learn about the recruitment process and how we work with hiring managers across the business.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and improve recruitment strategies
- Experience working in a global organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with HR teams, hiring managers, and candidates
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines and recruitment goals.
- Experience using an online Talent Acquisition Tracking platform
- Experience using Workday HRIS platform preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills

- An interest in AI and digital recruitment tools, and curiosity around how they can be used to drive innovation and improve efficiency
- Fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market.
