  • Manage day-to-day activities across data partnership accounts, focusing on improving data quality, increasing data volume, and driving revenue and commercial opportunities.
  • Support partner acquisition from initial conversations, negotiation, and contracting through to onboarding and ingestion.
  • Work closely with business operations and taxonomy management to monitor supplier volumes, diversify sources, and ensure data quality against definitions.
  • Conduct annual or quarterly business reviews and monitor monthly revenues, identifying growth areas and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Align with commercial sales teams to expand partnership growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative account management within the digital media industry, ideally at a publisher, ad network, demand-side platform, data company, or digital agency.
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising and the role that B2B and B2C data plays in campaign planning.
  • Strong technical/analytical aptitude and operational experience with ad serving, tag implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and travelling when necessary.

  • Continuous growth mindset and fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market where applicable.
