About the role

  • Gather and analyze key product usage data to help drive performance across Customer Retention and Contractual Reconciliation objectives
  • Support day-to-day Commercial Operations activities related to customer usage analytics
  • Produce monthly usage reports and statements, conduct trend analysis, and manage revenue-impacting reconciliations
  • Raise and manage technical tickets to resolve data or system-related issues
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot problems and implement improvements
  • Continuously improve usage calculations for customers, internal processes, and technical systems
  • Participate in meetings with the Go-To-Market team
  • Liaise with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support for specific projects and initiatives
  • Champion a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • High proficiency in Excel (including macros and VBA), PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiarity with SFDC, Business Objects, MS Power BI, and other analytics tools is a plus
  • Results-focused, self-motivated character who thrives in both collaborative team environments and independent work settings
  • Passionate about data and technology, with a natural curiosity for uncovering insights and solving problems through analytical thinking
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Excellent planning and analytical skills, proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Keen to learn and understand complex systems, processes, and the mechanics of a business, with a genuine interest in how data drives decision-making
  • Able to work from our London Paddington office 3 days a week
