About the role
- Gather and analyze key product usage data to help drive performance across Customer Retention and Contractual Reconciliation objectives
- Support day-to-day Commercial Operations activities related to customer usage analytics
- Produce monthly usage reports and statements, conduct trend analysis, and manage revenue-impacting reconciliations
- Raise and manage technical tickets to resolve data or system-related issues
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot problems and implement improvements
- Continuously improve usage calculations for customers, internal processes, and technical systems
- Participate in meetings with the Go-To-Market team
- Liaise with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support for specific projects and initiatives
- Champion a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- High proficiency in Excel (including macros and VBA), PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with SFDC, Business Objects, MS Power BI, and other analytics tools is a plus
- Results-focused, self-motivated character who thrives in both collaborative team environments and independent work settings
- Passionate about data and technology, with a natural curiosity for uncovering insights and solving problems through analytical thinking
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Excellent planning and analytical skills, proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement
- Keen to learn and understand complex systems, processes, and the mechanics of a business, with a genuine interest in how data drives decision-making
- Able to work from our London Paddington office 3 days a week
