About the role
- Partner across teams to deliver impactful training and enablement tools that boost sales performance.
- Build and execute a strategic Sales Enablement plan aligned with business priorities and all Lines of Business.
- Manage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Collaborate with GTM leads to roll out relevant, high-impact enablement programs.
- Define clear KPIs and outcomes for all initiatives to measure success.
- Drive knowledge-building programs like certifications, role plays, and practical exercises via HighSpot.
- Identify skill gaps with Sales Leads and tailor enablement accordingly.
- Continuously improve programs through performance analysis and feedback.
- Champion innovation and best practices to enhance engagement and sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in Sales Enablement, with deep knowledge of sales processes, tools, and methodologies
- Proven success in delivering enablement programs and building strong relationships with sales teams
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (preferably HighSpot)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with C-level and cross-functional teams
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset—curious, solution-oriented, and action-focused
- Commitment to continuous learning and growth through collaboration, feedback, and structured development
