About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide cardiac evaluation and patient care in a cardiac immediate-care setting
- See an average of 12 patients per day
- Conduct 30-minute new-patient and 20-minute follow-up appointments
- Coordinate same-day echocardiography, CT, and stress testing
- Practice at the top of the license
- Form trusted relationships with patients
- Collaborate with leading physicians and care-team members
- Leverage internal referrals and collaborative provider partners across cardiology and Duly Health and Care
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduation from an approved school for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner master's degree
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
- Previous experience in cardiology or similar setting preferred
- New graduate applicants are welcome to apply
