About the role
- Manage relationships with clients and talents, shaping brand identities and digital strategies
- Oversee and execute negotiated partnerships ensuring all contractual terms are met
- Maintain continuous engagement with talents and brands throughout collaborations
- Track performance by evaluating KPIs and present reports at the end of partnerships
- Collaborate with talents and employees to ensure consistent social media presence
- Develop content strategies and concept ideas, leveraging the latest trends
- Assist in day-to-day management of talents and provide planning support
- Manage inbound PR requests, handle interview requests, and process event invitations
- Contribute to outbound strategies including talent sourcing and outreach
- Attend on-site production days and provide on-site support
- Participate in buddy programs to mentor new hires.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in influencer marketing or PR, either in-house or within an agency.
- Advanced French language skills to facilitate communication.
- Proven experience in communicating directly with talents and corporate clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Strong mediation abilities with experience in negotiating and resolving conflicts.
- High organizational skills with proven track record in task management.
- Knowledge in managing influencer/talent partnerships and assessing social media metrics.
- Understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and public relations.
- Solid knowledge of fashion, beauty, and entertainment online communities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset.
