About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Indiana Transmission Engineering Substation team(s)
- Direct management of one of the two substation teams
- Responsible for execution of design engineering tasks
- Direct supervision of an organization of approximately 10-20 employees
- Oversight of multiple A & E firms
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage a diverse staff of technical professionals
- Maintain technical standards compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 7 plus years' experience
- Current PE license
