About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and execute multiple simultaneous distribution projects
Conduct feasibility studies and determine best approach for construction
Work as a liaison between sales and operations staff
Plan and manage all aspects of distribution construction projects
Prepare budgets and forecasts for short and long-term planning
Conduct trend and reporting analysis of project costs
Coach and assist in training Associate DPSs
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associates degree
2 years related work experience
In lieu of Associates degree, High School/GED AND 3 years related work experience
Bachelor's degree (desired)
5 years related work experience (desired)
Bachelor's Degree in Business, technical, Engineering, Construction Mgmt, or other (additional preferred)
5 years Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt (additional preferred)
Knowledge and experience with applicable safety policies, procedures, and best practices
Knowledge and experience with applicable government rules and regulations
Read and comprehend engineering drawings and maps
Manage multiple projects or tasks concurrently
Utilize computer assisted design/drafting software (GIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation) and other technology platforms (ARM, PowerPlan, Service Suite, S2K, Locus View, Maximo)
