Engineer II – Engineer III

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the single point of contact for all new construction projects, guiding customers through every phase
- Design a power delivery plan and prepare construction prints using engineering skills
- Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to facilitate project delivery
- Foster a team environment, ensuring seamless project progression and resolve challenges
- Communicate proactively and professionally, keeping all parties informed
- Demonstrate strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and dedication to customer experiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience
- Understanding of basic engineering theories and principles
- Understanding of basic practices of researching engineering and design issues
- Ability to deal with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Passing grade on the Engineering Fundamentals Exam
- Experience in the utility industry
- Experience with CAD software, PoleForeman, and/or Maximo
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
