Senior HR Consultant – Compensation

About the role

- Develops new and/or improves existing programs, policies or activities within a discipline.
- Provides independent consultation on moderately complex to complex issues.
- Analyzes and understands information, past practices and business objectives.
- Completes non-routine HR projects with minimal oversight.
- Develops positive working relationships to effectively complete work activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and three plus years work related experience OR HS/GED and seven plus years’ work-related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- In addition to four-year degree, five plus years’ work-related experience
- PHR - Professional in Human Resources
- SPHR - Senior Professional in Human Resources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills required to analyze complex issues, develop logical conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and display effective negotiating skills when dealing with diverse customer expectations.
- Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to facilitate large/small groups in an effective manner.
- Effective interpersonal skills, e.g. influencing and listening skills to deal effectively with all levels of employees and management.
