About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create measurable value for the Fleet Services organization.
- Design, revise and implement processes and governance standards to meet customer & business needs.
- Work on business-critical systems and/or processes.
- Recommend and execute strategic initiatives that align with departmental and group objectives.
- Support existing governance processes and applications already deployed within the organization.
- Collaborate closely with peers and managers in Fleet Services to develop standards, processes, methodologies, templates, and guidelines that support effective business planning, streamlined workflows, and robust business cases.
- Conduct data analysis and root cause investigations across multiple teams and systems.
- Define and develop key performance metrics to evaluate system and business outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technical Business Administration; OR Associate's Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related degree and two (2) or more years of relevant work experience; OR High School Diploma/GED and four (4) or more years of related work experience in lieu of a degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical Business Administration or related degree and three (3) or more years of related work experience; OR High School/GED and seven (7) or more years of related work experience in lieu of a degree
- Familiarity with the Work management systems – specifically Maximo and PowerBi reports
- Understanding of Fleet Services operations and programs
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet objectives.
- Experience managing multiple and competing priorities.
- Familiarity with IT concepts, project management, business case development, and IT strategy or architecture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ESRI products.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel for data conversion, validation and interpretation
