Senior Business Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide senior‑level business analysis support for Residential Solutions Home Protection Plans
- Partner with Products & Services, Marketing, Operations, IT, Finance, and external vendors
- Analyze, document, and implement business processes, system enhancements, and reporting capabilities
- Support Home Protection Plan initiatives from ideation through implementation
- Develop detailed business requirements, as‑is/to‑be process flows, gap analysis, and supporting documentation
- Translate product and operational needs into functional and technical requirements
- Design and support reporting and analytics to evaluate program performance
- Support testing, training, and change management activities
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Five (5) or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or related role
- In lieu of degree, High School/GED with 5+ years of related business analysis or project experience
- Experience supporting Residential Solutions, consumer products, or service‑based offerings
- Experience working in regulated utility environments
- Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen
- Advanced requirements management, process modeling, and documentation skills
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
