About the role

  • Provide leadership, oversight management, delegation, and coordination to various internal and external organizations providing services to the project
  • Structure, lead, and assist in leading all project related meetings and reports required to ensure open communication between all team members, key stakeholders, and management
  • Drive the process of project planning including scope definition, estimating, schedule formation and monitoring, cost control measures, procurement/contracting strategies, equipment selection, vendor selection, start-up and commissioning plans, and integration processes
  • Assure that Project Plan, all appropriate reports and reporting means are developed and managed according to PMCoE Standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years related work experience
  • High School/GED AND 9 years related work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency to expertise in Project Management, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving
  • Telecom Project Management Experience
  • Telecom Product Owner or Agile Lead Experience
  • Construction Project Management Experience
  • Utility Experience (Transmission, Distribution, Generation, NGBU, Telecom)
  • Knowledge of Telecom Disciplines, Technologies, and Solutions
  • Knowledge of Agile Concepts and Agile Project Delivery
  • Knowledge of Jira Work Management Tools
  • PMP or CAPM Certification
