About the role
- Conduct complex company investigations in support of Ethics, HR, Legal, Nuclear, and Enterprise Security
- Conduct interviews, review incident reports, report findings
- Brief management regarding ongoing investigations
- Analyze data, collect evidence, conduct searches, assess facts and document recommendations
- Provide support to all other functions of EPS
- Coordinate response to threats and acts of violence against the company
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice or Other Related Degree
- Minimum 5 years related work experience
- Basic understanding of the energy industry
- Master’s Degree in relevant fields desired
- 10+ years of investigative experience, law enforcement experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Key certifications preferred (e.g. CFE, Private Investigator License)
- Strong investigative and interview skills
