About the role
- Provides technical expertise to solve more complex problems
- Performs feeder patrols for reliability issues
- Determines when RVMs need to be set
- Analyzes and interprets data from RVM’s, determines corrective action
- Responsible for all customer communication for PQ issues, Executive and PSC Complaints, and LAM requests
- Coordinates work with Engineering/Scheduling/VM/substation maintenance/relay
- Independently prepares thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations and sketches
Requirements
- Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering Technology (or equivalent) AND three (3)+ years of relevant industry experience, OR Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology (or equivalent) AND five (5)+ years relevant industry experience, OR In lieu of degrees and experience listed above, high school diploma/GED AND nine (9)+ years of relevant industry experience
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology (or equivalent) AND six (6)+ years of relevant industry experience, OR Associate Degree in Engineering Technology (or equivalent) AND eight (8)+ years of relevant industry experience, OR In lieu of degrees and experience listed above, high school diploma/GED AND twelve 12+ years equivalent experience
- Expertise with Maximo/BOUD, or ability to acquire Maximo/BOUD knowledge/expertise
- Good written and oral communication skills
