Assist with basic support and troubleshooting

Requirements
Enrolled in a master’s or bachelor’s IT or Engineering related degree program such as Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Software Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering
