Requirements
What you’ll need- BSN is required
- Must be currently enrolled in a Master's degree program from a school of nurse anesthesia approved by the State Accrediting Agency and the Council on Accreditation of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
- At least 2 years of critical care experience to be accepted into the program
- Must have current RN licensure.
Benefits
Comp & perks- $45,000 lump sum payment to the SRNA while in school in return for a 36-month commitment upon graduation
- $60,000 hiring incentive (paid in 6 equal installments – $10,000 every 6 months over 36-months)
- $15,000 annual stipend for 1.0 FTEs (or prorated for <1.0 FTEs) paid monthly based on FTE status
- $2500 annual CME allowance for 1.0 FTEs, prorated for those working less
- $8,000 relocation budget available for CRNAs whose permanent residence exceeds 50 miles
