Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BSN is required
  • Must be currently enrolled in a Master's degree program from a school of nurse anesthesia approved by the State Accrediting Agency and the Council on Accreditation of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
  • At least 2 years of critical care experience to be accepted into the program
  • Must have current RN licensure.

Comp & perks
  • $45,000 lump sum payment to the SRNA while in school in return for a 36-month commitment upon graduation
  • $60,000 hiring incentive (paid in 6 equal installments – $10,000 every 6 months over 36-months)
  • $15,000 annual stipend for 1.0 FTEs (or prorated for <1.0 FTEs) paid monthly based on FTE status
  • $2500 annual CME allowance for 1.0 FTEs, prorated for those working less
  • $8,000 relocation budget available for CRNAs whose permanent residence exceeds 50 miles
