About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Use HR expertise to support employees and leaders across the department
  • Collaborate closely with HR leadership and Chief Administrative Officers
  • Manage recruitment for new and replacement positions
  • Evaluate compensation by generating regressions, classifying data, and processing salary adjustments
  • Support staff growth and development by guiding managers on training opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience supporting recruitment, compensation, or employee relations
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, iForms, or dFac
  • Knowledge of Duke HR policies and procedures
  • Experience coordinating onboarding or training programs
  • Two years of business, administrative, and/or supervisory experience with exposure to supervisory or human resource policies and practices related to employee relations.
