Requirements

B.A. / B.S. from an accredited institution, preferably in Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Practical and extensive plan performance and financial analysis experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Three years of experience in financial analysis, information gathering, and reporting.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and procedures.
Proven experience in robust data analysis, data storage, and data transfer.
Experience with PL/SQL and managing large data feeds and data validation.
Experience using visual analytics software such as Power BI or Tableau.
Experience in project management, census building, or ERISA/ACA compliance.
