About the role
- Manage and coordinate the overall facility maintenance and service operations of assigned facilities and systems
- Direct preventive and corrective maintenance programs, manage daily service operations, and lead long-term planning for system upgrades
- Maintain liaison with engineers and administrative staff regarding design, construction, and maintenance of facilities
- Monitor and review financial statements and reports, and prepare a variety of operational reports and analysis
Requirements
- Hospital Facilities experience preferred
- Knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, DFS, OSHA, State and Local Codes, and NFPA standards
- 3 years of Supervisory experience over a team is required
- Generally requires a BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent
- Position requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience, of which 3 years must be in a leadership role
- Skills must include knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building controls expertise and excellent customer service skills
