About the role
- Lead and manage a team of Financial Analysts focused on data analytics, revenue cycle performance and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with finance, operations and clinical teams to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of dashboards, KPIs and predictive models for revenue cycle management.
- Oversee the volume and revenue components of the annual budget and forecasting process.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue integrity and operational efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership through advanced analytics and reporting.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Public Health or a related field that supports development of critical thinking skills is required.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related degree preferred.
- Three years of experience in business or financial management or a field directly related to specialized areas of assignment.
- Or any other equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
