About the role
- Represent and communicate the value, status, and roadmap of assigned product(s) across DUHS.
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog and issue logs, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with DSO and DUHS goals.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams; manage SLAs, contract requirements, testing, and implementation.
- Provide clear, concise written and verbal communication and distill stakeholder needs into actionable components.
- Monitor success metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance program effectiveness and value.
- Maintain product documentation, change management plans, communication plans, and readiness planning.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR four years of equivalent technical experience.
- Epic Certification preferred.
- Product Owner or Project Management certifications are beneficial.
- Experience with Epic Hello World, Epic Cheers, or third-party communication tools highly desired.
- Level 1: No experience beyond minimum requirements.
- Level 2: Two years related experience.
- Level 3: Four years related experience.
