Collaborate with stakeholders across SOM Finance, Administration, IT, and academic units
Deliver scalable analytics solutions and promote data governance and literacy

Requirements

Master’s degree preferred
Experience working in academic medicine or healthcare preferred
Familiarity with Duke-specific systems and data platforms (e.g., SAP, BW, SPS, WebCentral/Archibus)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience with data governance frameworks and data architecture
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, information systems, public health, or related technical field
5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, data analytics, or business intelligence
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Working knowledge of SQL and experience with other querying languages (e.g., SAS, Python, R)
