About the role
- Support the execution and implementation of the initiatives designed to advance the Talent and Organizational Development Strategy
- Lead a team of Talent Development professionals
- Implement strategies and initiatives that develop and accelerate the Talent and Organizational Development Strategy.
- Execute the talent development strategy including succession planning and high potential identification.
- Support the integration, communication and implementation of the leadership competency model.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of work experience in talent development or human resources required.
- Health system, hospital, or Academic Medical Center experience preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations in human resources.
