About the role

  • oversee strategic calendar management for senior leadership involved in global activities
  • coordinate travel and expense management for leadership
  • organize and manage high-profile meetings and committees, handling all logistics

Requirements

  • strong educational foundation—typically a full high school education plus two years of post-secondary education in a business-related field
  • four years of related business or administrative experience
  • familiarity with general personnel practices, accounting and budgeting principles, and coordination of major office activities
  • degrees, licensures, and certifications that demonstrate ability to thrive in a dynamic administrative environment are highly valued
