About the role
- Provide comprehensive support to leadership team across multiple locations
- Ensure smooth HR operations and workflows
- Coordinate intricate schedules and manage calendars for senior leadership teams
- Draft and distribute meeting agendas; prepare presentation materials
- Manage logistics for new staff onboarding
- Organize travel plans for events and conferences
- Track and escalate IT tickets and operational issues
- Organize and coordinate departmental events including conferences and seminars
Requirements
- Business/office management background generally equivalent to a bachelor's degree
- Six years of administrative professional experience of increasing variety and/or complexity OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Must maintain composure under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in HR, healthcare, communications, or marketing (helpful but not required)
