About the role

  • Provide comprehensive support to leadership team across multiple locations
  • Ensure smooth HR operations and workflows
  • Coordinate intricate schedules and manage calendars for senior leadership teams
  • Draft and distribute meeting agendas; prepare presentation materials

Requirements

  • Business/office management background generally equivalent to a bachelor's degree
  • Six years of administrative professional experience of increasing variety and/or complexity OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Must maintain composure under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in HR, healthcare, communications, or marketing (helpful but not required)
