About the role
- advise divisional leadership and employees on employee relations matters and workplace concerns
- recommend appropriate responses and interventions for individual and systemic concerns
- identify patterns or trends in employee concerns and recommend proactive solutions
- coordinate hiring processes, job postings, and candidate communications
- maintain department internal and external organizational charts
- provide education and training to divisional/unit staff about the specialty
- assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement
- support HR programs aligned with organizational objectives
- maintain an active list of DCA computers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree program
- two years of business, administrative and/or supervisory experience
- exposure to supervisory or human resource policies and practices related to employee relations
- a master’s degree in a related field may be substituted for 2 years of experience
