About the role
- Responsible for development, maintenance, and operations of the ServiceNow platform
- Ensure smooth delivery of projects in collaboration with project manager and team
- Collaborate with HR partners on requirements improvements
- Participate in the full software development life cycle
- Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks including configuration and integration
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow experience
- Five years of related IT experience
- Service Oriented architecture and web services integration via REST
- AJAX, JavaScript
- UI/UX design, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JSON, and JQuery
- ServiceNow CSA certification
