Supply Chain

• Directly responsible for leading all day-to-day activities of the Supply Chain Associates (levels 1 & 2).
• Perform all Supply Chain Associate (levels 1 and 2) job functions and responsibilities at an advanced level while serving as a mentor/preceptor to the staff.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge and application of Inventory Management practices.
• Identify and implement department improvements (safety, process flows, shelf spacing optimization, scheduling, FIFO rotations, cleaning schedules, input and analysis of metrics, tracking daily output and performance of staff, reporting of product outages and increased utilization).
• Manage employee job functions and schedule times to meet daily departmental demands.
• Lead handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring appropriate entry of Goods Receipts and verification of merchandise.
