Requirements

  • 5+ Years in Tech Recruitment: You’ve spent at least half a decade in the trenches of the tech industry (In-house or specialized agency)
  • Engineering Fluency: You speak the language. You understand the nuances between distributed systems, frontend architectures, and DevOps cultures
  • Leadership Expertise: Proven experience identifying and closing leadership roles where the stakes are high.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
