Report to the Head of Content and Head of Marketing Operations and ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns
Develop comprehensive campaign execution frameworks, master calendars, and milestone tracking systems across all marketing channels
Create and maintain detailed project plans, approval workflows, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent campaign delivery
Build campaign execution checklists and quality assurance protocols to prevent delays and maintain brand consistency
Establish automated workflow systems and deadline alerts to proactively manage campaign schedules
Coordinate with affiliate, partnership, programmatic and other marketing and product teams to manage deliverables and deadlines
Manage cross-functional project schedules with clear deliverable expectations and accountability frameworks
Facilitate structured communication between internal teams and external agencies, maintaining strict timeline adherence
Implement regular check-in processes and status reporting to track progress across all campaign stakeholders
Manage integration between various marketing technologies, oversee tracking implementation, and maintain marketing technology stack optimisation
Evaluate and implement new marketing tools to improve operational efficiency
Assist the Head of Content and Head of Marketing Operations by ensuring the timely dissemination of casino and sports content, while supporting minor tasks to keep campaign delivery on track.
Requirements
1-2 years of direct experience in digital marketing operations within the iGaming industry
Crypto-native understanding with practical knowledge of cryptocurrency ecosystems and blockchain technology applications in gaming
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns with strict deadlines and multiple stakeholders
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
Strong process development and documentation skills with experience creating operational frameworks
Extensive knowledge of marketing technology stack and various marketing channels
Knowledge of iGaming industry regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage expectations across teams
Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Jira, Agile frameworks preferred)
Understanding of Generation Z consumer behaviour in the crypto-gaming space
University-level education preferred (degree in Marketing, Business, or related field)
Previous experience in fast-paced, high-growth crypto or fintech environments (preferred)
