About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own day-to-day performance of the streamer and creator portfolio across all verticals.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard streamers, creators, influencers, and ambassadors across Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, X, and emerging platforms.
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements (flat fees, CPA, rev share, hybrid) aligned with acquisition targets.
- Test new creator profiles, platforms, content formats, and geographies to scale acquisition.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify emerging talent across crypto, gaming, esports, and sports.
- Own reporting and performance tracking for the creator channel.
- Analyse partner-level metrics: FTDs, CPA, LTV, ROAS, and player quality.
- Identify underperforming partnerships and implement optimisation or renegotiation strategies.
- Run cohort analysis to evaluate long-term value across creator segments and deal structures.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to the Head of Acquisition and CMO.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with creators, streamers, agencies, and talent managers.
- Act as the primary point of contact across all live partnerships.
- Manage deliverables, content output, and campaign execution.
- Provide partners with creatives, tracking links, offers, and brand direction.
- Oversee payments, incentives, and performance alignment across the portfolio.
- Lead structured testing across creator strategies: talent, content formats, platforms, geos, and offers.
- Work with BI to validate experiments and optimise performance.
- Identify trends across Web3, streaming, short-form content, and Gen-Z ecosystems.
- Explore opportunities to leverage creator IP within paid media and broader campaigns.
- Work with BI on attribution, measurement, and channel economics.
- Align with CRM to optimise onboarding and conversion from creator traffic.
- Collaborate with creative teams on co-branded content and campaign assets.
- Share insights on audience behaviour and creator-driven traffic with acquisition and product teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years’ experience in creator marketing, influencer partnerships, or acquisition marketing within iGaming, crypto, or entertainment.
- Strong understanding of streaming and creator ecosystems (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, X).
- Proven ability to scale creator-driven acquisition and deliver against FTD and CPA targets.
- Strong analytical capability; comfortable working with performance data and dashboards.
- Experience with Excel/Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Looker, GA, Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to evaluate creator ROI.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote environment.
