About the role
- Define and own the end-to-end product roadmap across all four verticals
- Drive long-term product vision aligned with business objectives, player value, and market opportunity
- Lead Web3 and crypto-native product innovation across the Duelbits ecosystem
- Identify opportunities for original content, dedicated games, and differentiated product features
- Oversee delivery of new casino games, bonuses, loyalty systems, and crypto-payment features
- Oversee delivery of sportsbook features, integrations, and roadmap initiatives
- Ensure product and game launches are executed on time, meeting key milestones and quality standards
- Champion experimentation, rapid iteration, and A/B testing as core product practices
- Provide direction, mentorship, and elevation of product thinking across Product Owners and squads
- Set standards for product discovery, prioritisation, and delivery excellence
- Build a strong product culture focused on accountability, clarity, and high performance
- Remain hands-on where product complexity or impact requires senior input
- Recommend product policies, procedures, and controls that safeguard assets and enhance operations
- Contribute to organisational structure improvements where they support delivery efficiency
- Input on marketing technology, tooling, and product requirements to support growth
- Identify new product and business opportunities through internal and external collaboration
- Continuously analyse competitor offerings to ensure Duelbits’ product remains market-leading
- Translate market insights, player behaviour, and performance data into actionable product decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior product leadership role within iGaming
- Oversee delivery of new casino games, bonuses, loyalty systems, and crypto-payment features
- Strong understanding of sportsbook products, feeds, and integrations
- Experience with Web3 or crypto-native iGaming is a strong advantage
- Deep interest in crypto and awareness of emerging trends
- Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing product teams
- Strong analytical, data-driven, and strategic mindset
- Ability to identify competitive differentiation and player experience breakthroughs
- Confident contributor to marketing technology and cross-functional product requirements
