About the role
- Manage and optimise day-to-day performance across paid media, affiliates, programmatic, streamers, creators, and influencer channels.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new acquisition partners including agencies, creators, affiliate networks, and publishers.
- Test and scale new channels, formats, creatives, partner models, and geographies to diversify and grow FTD-driving traffic.
- Optimise budgets, bids, payouts, and partner structures to maximise ROI and player quality.
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging acquisition opportunities across crypto, casino, sports betting, esports, and prediction markets.
- Coordinate with product marketing, CRM, BI, and creative contacts to align offers, messaging, and channel strategy.
- Own acquisition performance dashboards and reporting across all channels.
- Analyse channel- and partner-level metrics including FTDs, CPA, LTV, ROAS, player quality, and incremental uplift.
- Conduct deep-dive performance reviews and propose corrective or scaling actions.
- Build and manage relationships with affiliates, streamers, creators, agencies, and media partners.
- Lead structured experimentation across acquisition channels: creative testing, offer testing, audience segmentation, new partner types, and new geographies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in acquisition or performance marketing, ideally within iGaming, crypto, fintech, or performance-driven digital environments.
- Strong understanding of paid media, affiliate marketing, influencer/creator partnerships, and programmatic acquisition.
- Proven success scaling measurable acquisition channels in fast-moving environments.
- Advanced analytical skills with confidence using dashboards, tracking systems, and attribution tools.
- Strong command of Excel/Sheets; SQL, Looker, GA, Tableau, or similar tools are a strong advantage.
- Commercial instincts with experience negotiating partner terms and improving margins.
- Highly analytical, organised, and detail-focused.
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously in a remote-first setup.
- Clear communicator with strong relationship management skills.
- Proactive, self-directed, and confident operating with autonomy.
- Able to adapt quickly to new platforms, trends, and performance opportunities.
