Requirements

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fraud Analyst, specifically within the Casino Games Industry.
  • High-Risk Profile Management: Demonstrated experience in a role focused on managing and investigating high-risk user profiles. The ability to make critical, data-driven decisions on complex fraud cases is mandatory.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of online casino products, player behaviour, common payment methods, and the unique fraud challenges of the sector (e.g., bonus abuse, account takeovers).
  • Analytical Thinking: Exceptional ability to analyse large volumes of data, detect anomalies, and apply critical thinking to solve complex fraud cases. Experience with fraud detection software and risk management platforms is a must.
  • Blockchain Analysis (Desirable): A strong understanding of blockchain technology and experience with crypto transaction investigation tools like Chainalysis is a significant advantage.
  • SQL Querying (Advantageous): Experience with or an understanding of SQL querying to extract and analyse data is highly valued.
  • Independence and Responsibility: The ability to work autonomously and manage the workflow during the night shift, making critical decisions without direct supervision.
  • Communication: High level of proficiency in English (B2 or higher) for communication with our European-based teams.
  • Ethics and Integrity: A high degree of discretion and a firm commitment to data security and protection.
