About the role
- Own the foundation and day-to-day performance of the website, analytics, paid media, and HubSpot automation
- Drive qualified lead generation, improve conversion, and grow pipeline, with clear ROI reporting
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across social, retargeting, and ABM
- Improve website UX and conversion performance
- Build workflows and nurture tracks that convert interest into qualified leads
- Monitor performance across HubSpot, GA4, and paid social analytics
- Deliver weekly digital performance reporting and monthly ROI dashboards
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital marketing for B2B services or B2B high-consideration buying cycles
- Hands-on ownership of website performance, analytics, and conversion optimization
- Strong HubSpot experience (workflows, lifecycle stages, scoring, attribution, reporting)
- Paid media experience across LinkedIn and retargeting, with a performance mindset
- ABM experience, including tools like UserGems and Influ2 (or very similar ABM platforms)
- Comfort with GA4, dashboards, and turning data into decisions quickly
- Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Monday.com
- Comfortable building structure, documentation, and repeatable processes
- Fast at testing, learning, and iterating without creating chaos
- Clear writer and communicator, especially in performance reporting to leadership
