About the role
- Conducting extensive primary research via phone outreach to gather proprietary market intelligence.
- Significant time—at least 30% on average—conducting outbound calls, often including cold calling to industry experts, dealers, and stakeholders to obtain qualitative and quantitative data.
- Interpret your fieldwork results, identify key market trends, and assist senior team members in the preparation of comprehensive client reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-5 years of experience in a professional business environment – preferably in the heavy equipment, automotive, or industrials industries.
- Strong interpersonal resilience and the ability to engage professionally with busy stakeholders over the phone.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative analytics
- Strong skills within Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
