About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing technical projects and ensuring their successful execution
Managing project deliverables and coordinating with cross-functional teams
Acting as the project lead for technically focused customer initiatives
Acting as a technical consultant resource on a project team responsible for analysing, designing, and configuring business processes
Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to assess current capabilities and identify customer requirements
Eliciting and documenting detailed product requirements and use cases
Transitioning the requirements and use cases to the technical team
Managing integration projects between DCLC and core systems
Comfortable using RESTful APIs, working with Microsoft Logic Apps, and writing SQL queries

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required, or higher education level, or foreign equivalent, preferably in area with analytic emphasis
2 - 5 years’ professional experience, preferably in a similar role
Experience interfacing with customers, including customer presentations
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Experience in requirements gathering, identifying gaps, estimating, implementation, test planning and execution, and User Acceptance Testing definition and execution
Experience translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for assembly, product, and user acceptance testing
Experience/knowledge of Loss Control Insurance software applications
Experience/knowledge of software development life cycle for Loss Control insurance software
