About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing technical projects and ensuring their successful execution
- Managing project deliverables and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Acting as the project lead for technically focused customer initiatives
- Acting as a technical consultant resource on a project team responsible for analysing, designing, and configuring business processes
- Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to assess current capabilities and identify customer requirements
- Eliciting and documenting detailed product requirements and use cases
- Transitioning the requirements and use cases to the technical team
- Managing integration projects between DCLC and core systems
- Comfortable using RESTful APIs, working with Microsoft Logic Apps, and writing SQL queries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required, or higher education level, or foreign equivalent, preferably in area with analytic emphasis
- 2 - 5 years’ professional experience, preferably in a similar role
- Experience interfacing with customers, including customer presentations
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Experience in requirements gathering, identifying gaps, estimating, implementation, test planning and execution, and User Acceptance Testing definition and execution
- Experience translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for assembly, product, and user acceptance testing
- Experience/knowledge of Loss Control Insurance software applications
- Experience/knowledge of software development life cycle for Loss Control insurance software
