About the role
- Manage key client projects and coordinate project completion on time, within budget and within scope
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop and deliver presentation materials
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize project progress
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Perform other related duties and activities as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, and/or higher level, or foreign equivalent
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience, preferably in a similar role
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Superior skills in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the country of the job location
- Travel: 25-50%
