The Senior Director, Intelligence leads Duck Creek Technologies’ Intelligence function, responsible for advancing analytics, insights, and data-driven decision making across the organization.
This role oversees the development and delivery of analytics platforms, business intelligence capabilities, and operational insights that enable product, engineering, and business leaders to make informed strategic and operational decisions.
Reporting within the Data and AI organization, the Senior Director provides leadership for teams responsible for analytics engineering, business intelligence, and insight generation.
The role partners closely with Product, AI, Engineering, and business stakeholders to establish metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that translate data into actionable intelligence.
The Director ensures that analytics capabilities are scalable, trusted, and aligned with enterprise data and AI strategies while enabling data-informed product development and operational excellence.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Masters Degree and/or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or related data-focused roles
5+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, intelligence, or business intelligence teams
Experience developing enterprise analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting solutions
Experience working closely with product, engineering, or technology teams in data-driven organizations
Demonstrated experience translating complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
