About the role
- Drive inorganic and strategic growth opportunities aligned with the company's vision and objectives
- Lead M&A strategy, execution, and integration
- Spearhead strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance market position
- Manage deal origination, due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-merger integration
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Product, Sales) to support diligence and integration
- Report progress to CEO/CFO and sponsor, Vista Equity Partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree and/or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Development (ideally in a PE-backed company), Private Equity, Investment Banking, and/or Management Consulting
- 7+ years supervisory and strategic leadership experience
- Proven track record of leading successful M&A transactions, including deal sourcing, evaluation, and integration
- MBA preferred
- Demonstrated interest in technology, enterprise software and experience in Insurtech or FinTech, a plus
- Experience operating within a PE-backed, highly leveraged SaaS (Software as a Service) business
- Strategic thinking with financial acumen and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong financial modeling skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments and senior leadership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a hands-on and visionary approach
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and market dynamics
