About the role

  • Plays a critical role in the operational execution and continuous improvement of Duck Creek Technologies’ global compensation programs
  • Responsible for day-to-day compensation operations, analysis, and administration
  • Contributing to select strategic initiatives related to job architecture, market pricing, pay structures, and rewards effectiveness
  • Operates with a high degree of autonomy and partners closely with Total Rewards leadership, HR Business Partners, Finance, and People Operations
  • Prepare and deliver ad hoc and recurring compensation reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business and leadership decision-making
  • Conduct job matching and leveling using established job architecture frameworks and external market data sources

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards, with a strong emphasis on operational execution and analytics
  • Demonstrated experience with job matching, salary surveys, market pricing, and pay structure administration.
  • Experience supporting compensation and/or rewards programs in a global or multi-country environment.
  • Previous experience with HRIS systems (Oracle, Workday, SAP, etc.)
  • Associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field or commensurate years of applicable experience in role
  • Professional certification such as CCP, GRP, or equivalent.
  • Experience in a technology or software organization.
