About the role

  • Lead strategic relationships with DuBois Chemicals’ most complex and high-value corporate customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across the full portfolio
  • Drive deeper engagement, identify expansion opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations, finance, marketing, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions
  • Serve as the customer voice internally
  • Lead consultative sales efforts, positioning DuBois full portfolio to meet customer challenges
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer developments, & competitive activity

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic account management, preferably in chemicals, manufacturing, or industrial B2B environments
  • Proven track record of growing complex accounts and managing multi-site relationships
  • Strong business acumen, consultative selling skills, communication (oral and written), negotiation, & presentation abilities
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and internal leadership
  • Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective growth strategies
