About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and lead DualEntry’s partnerships strategy and execution, identifying and building relationships across key strategic categories such as system integrators, accounting firms, consultants, SaaS providers and more
- Build and lead the Partnerships function, combining hands-on execution with strong team management
- Expand and activate our partner ecosystem by driving executive relationships, hosting industry events, hosting webinars and roundtables, and driving maximum in-person engagement
- Build scalable, repeatable processes using automation and AI to source, qualify, onboard, and activate partners
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including referral programs, co-marketing campaigns, and co-selling motions
- Own partnership performance metrics, build dashboards, run experiments, and optimize the partner funnel from sourced relationship to revenue
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in B2B partnerships or GTM strategy, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech, with at least 2+ years operating at a senior or leadership level
- Proven track record of building partnership programs from 0 → 1 and consistently generating qualified pipeline and SQLs
- Hands-on experience with modern partnership and GTM tools such as Partner.io, Unify, Clay, Crossbeam, Outreach, Apollo, and CRM platforms
- Strong experience executing co-marketing initiatives, partner enablement programs, and incentive structures
- Background in demand generation, ABM, or revenue marketing is a strong plus
- Ability to travel within the US to partners & events 1-2 times per month
