About the role
- Partner with Product Management to design and maintain pricing strategies aligned to business targets
- Continuously adjust pricing strategies based on market dynamics and competitive conditions
- Conduct customer and market research to assess competitive positioning, segmentation, and customer needs
- Define optimal pricing structures, feature packaging, and pricing metrics
- Design and implement innovative pricing models to maximize margin while maintaining customer traction
- Implement pricing plans within systems used by Sales for customer pricing and quoting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and subject matter experts to execute pricing initiatives
- Develop and deliver pricing-related collateral to support commercial teams, including guidance for price increases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in pricing, analytics, or related functions
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive decisions
- Proven problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative mindset
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically to deliver results
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead discussions with business leaders and customers
- High level of empathy and listening skills to understand customer and stakeholder needs
