About the role

  • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the company's performance, profitability, and financial health.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and the sales team to understand and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and sales pipelines.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to align financial goals with overall revenue strategies and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize Salesforce to gather, organize, and analyze sales data for reporting purposes.
  • Partner with RevOps to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that span financial, sales, and operational metrics.
  • Work closely with RevOps to integrate revenue forecasts into the overall financial planning process.

Requirements

  • Established business experience in finance or revenue operations.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing financial models.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce utilization for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
