About the role

  • As a member of the project team, you will play a key role in the implementation and migration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • You will primarily be responsible for the required AL programming (extensions) as well as related testing and documentation.
  • Together with colleagues from various business departments, you will analyze processes and advise on optimal system mapping.
  • For special requirements, you will support decision-making and provide recommendations on whether in-house or external solutions/programming are possible or necessary.
  • After go-live, you will support all key users and end users with various requests.

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in computer science/IT
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in SaaS environments, preferably in a manufacturing company
  • Proficient with AL, VS Code and Azure DevOps for tailored customizations and extensions
  • Project experience and in-depth knowledge of RDLC, Word layouts and Power BI integration
  • Experience administering the Business Central Admin Center (SaaS), telemetry monitoring, license management and permissions management
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of problem-solving both independently and in a team
  • Fluent German (C1)
