About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervises technicians in construction, operation and ongoing maintenance of complex automation, measurement and gas processing systems
- Manages all aspects of the field activities relating to technical direction, adherence to standards and procedures
- Responsible for managing multiple construction and ongoing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) projects related to gas measurement and controls
- Leads implementation and maintains cybersecurity requirements for federal and state regulatory compliance
- Oversees daily activities to ensure compliance with Operator Qualifications and Codes & Standards requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology
- 7 years of experience in principles and theory relating to the operation of gas measurement and gas quality equipment
- 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience
- Transmission and Distribution pipeline exposure and compressor station experience
- Familiar with the basics of gas control and SCADA
- Requires the physical capacity to work in a gas handling facility, e.g. climb stairs, work in hot confined environments
- Requires travel to different work locations (typically within the Corporation’s service area)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must comply with any relevant Company driving/operations standards
